DASH® Medical Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DASH® Medical.com (“Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Site and the purchase of products from DASH® Medical Gloves, LLC (“DASH® Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

DASH® Medical products are intended for general medical, clinical, industrial, or protective use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All product claims are limited to those explicitly stated on the product packaging or manufacturer documentation.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Applicable discounts will appear during checkout or on the Review Your Order page

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply constraints.

7. B2B and Bulk Orders

Orders placed by businesses, healthcare facilities, distributors, or resellers (“B2B Orders”) are subject to the following additional terms:

  • Bulk pricing may be offered based on quantity, contract terms, or customer status and may be revoked at any time
  • Minimum order quantities may apply
  • All B2B Orders are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Cancellations, changes, or returns for B2B Orders may be refused once processing has begun
  • Buyer is responsible for all freight, customs, duties, taxes, and delivery coordination, unless otherwise agreed
  • DASH® Medical is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events
  • Chargebacks for fulfilled B2B Orders are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action

Resale of DASH® Medical products must comply with all applicable laws and may not involve misrepresentation of origin, certification, or intended use.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DASH® MEDICAL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DASH® Medical from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse of products.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules.
