Please call our customer service at 1-800-523-2055 so we can setup a return UPS call tag. Place the opened and unopened boxes in its original outer box along with a copy of the invoice and UPS will pick up the shipment. Upon receipt and inspection, DASH will issue the original purchaser a credit or refund for the full purchase price.
